J.W. Brake
J.W. has over 50 years hands-on experience. He has functioned as mechanic, welder, foreman, VP and owner. J.W. has been involved in ownership of several companies. His knowledge, honesty and integrity are unsurpassed in the industry, and he is widely respected by his peers, customers and employees.

Jennifer Brake
Jennifer has over 30 years of business management & accounting experience with a B.B.S. degree in Finance. Her integrity and knowledge in business management goes unsurpassed.
Professional Engineer
George Alther
George has over 50 years experience with extensive energy equipment experience. Complete knowledge of equipment from an engineering aspect. Very proficient in structure analysis, design and testing of rig components.
General Manager
Mark W. Brake
Mark joined our team full time in January 2017. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a B.B.S. major in Economics and a minor in Finance. He has been involved in the start-up and management of several businesses. His leadership, integrity, and work ethic make him a great fit for the industry.
Draw Works Designer
Glen Franks
Glen has over 50 years in the well servicing sector. He has extensive experience in design and practical application having worked for Cabot-Franks in that capacity for more than 40 years
